Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right, we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@beaudegreis.com with your order number.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll sort it. Exchanges ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
